I am Dr. Elisa Cruz, and I serve as the principal at The Way Christian Academy (TWCA). My tenure with the institution and church commenced in 2018, marking six years of dedicated service. Throughout my professional journey, I have accumulated 27 years of experience in the field of education. My academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, a Master of Arts in Instructional Leadership, and a Doctorate in Educational Leadership. Beyond my professional endeavors, I find fulfillment in my role as a proud mother to two daughters and grandmother to three grandchildren.
